As co-founder of Teens4TeensHelp, Jeff agrees with the Mark Twain quote - "The two most important days of your life are the day you are born and the day when you discover why." Helping teens and families heal from mental health issues is his why.
Jeff has more than 20 years’ experience as a business owner, Executive Producer, Producer, and Director. Jeff has helped many Ad agencies, production companies, and Fortune 500 companies’ market, sell, and explain their products and services.
Fun Fact: My father was a psychologist and I believe that dogs can be great therapists.
Kathy Long, L.Ac.
As co-founder of Teens4TeensHelp, a mother with lived family experience and a
passionate health advocate, Kathy brings passion, experience, and medical point of
view to Teens4TeensHelp.
Fun Fact: I grew up in the hometown of Little League Baseball, Williamsport PA
Kara Long
As a co-founder of Teens4TeensHelp, Kara strives to make mental health support accessible to individuals from all walks of life. Kara grew from her experience struggling with mental health issues and became passionate about helping helping disadvantaged youth and conducting psychological research to help us improve our understanding of psychiatric illnesses.

James Wind, MBA

James (Jim) Wind, CEO of Capstone Solutions Consulting Group, is a corporate and social services executive with a long and successful track record leading organizations. With an MBA from the Harvard Business School, Jim has spent 30 years managing new company start-ups and rapid growth corporate businesses, followed by a decade founding and directing large, high-impact non-profit organizations in the fields of education, mental health, and environmental services. He believes in the mission of Teens4TeensHelp and the positive impact they are making.
Cassandra Fatouros, MBD, LCSW
Consultant
Cassandra is a strategic, behavioral healthcare executive with extensive experience in a variety of leadership roles in some of our nation’s leading providers of health insurance and treatment.
Much of her 20+ years of leadership experience has centered around organizational
turnarounds, revenue diversification, strategic planning, and employee engagement.
Cassandra has focused her career on behavioral healthcare nonprofit and for-profit
organizations. As the CEO of Prototypes, a $20-million nonprofit in Southern California, she stabilized the organization’s financial performance; diversified revenue by securing 7 managed care contracts, a $1 million-dollar endowed gift and developing an ongoing fundraising program; and led the founding Board through a strategic planning process, while transitioning from a founding Board of 5 to a diverse one of 13 members with strong governance. Currently, Cassandra is a Senior Lecturer at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work and a Managing Director and Principal at Capstone Solutions Consulting Group and a consultant and mentor for Teens4TeensHelp.

cybersecurity brands. Backed by 20 years of experience transforming companies through integrated marketing campaigns that engage, educate and entertain. Adept at executing go-to-market strategies, global and regional marketing plans, lead generation programs and content strategies. Passionate about solving complex data challenges for our clients. Alexis is full time, a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at a cybersecurity company, a mother to a16 and 12 year old, and aTeens4TeensHelp volunteer. She is aware of the mental health challenges youth face today and wants to help make a difference in the lives of others.
Shannon Adams
Administrator
Shannon Adams is the Administrator at Teens4TeensHelp. She has a degree in public health from the University of West Florida as well as previous experience as a health professional. Shannon has a background working in the non-profit world supporting community-wide K-12 mental health programs. She and her husband live in San Diego with their six children, two rabbits, and one dog.
Miranda Kramer
Youth Board Manager
Miranda Kramer serves as the Youth Board Manager at Teens4TeensHelp. After graduating from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior in 2021, Miranda spent nearly three years as the Lab Manager at the UC Davis Developmental Research Center. There, she worked under Dr. Gail S. Goodman, studying the socioemotional and cognitive impacts of childhood trauma and coordinating a large team of undergraduate research assistants. Miranda's experience working with young adults in a research setting uniquely equips her to bridge the gap between the forward-thinking members of our Youth Advisory Board (YAB) and the professionals who ensure our resources' accuracy. She prioritizes the ideas, suggestions, and goals of the YAB and ensures their voices continue to be the loudest within the organization.
